How We Can Help
- 10-Year Law (Cancelation of Removal): Protect your family from deportation if you have lived in the U.S. for 10+ years and your removal would cause extreme hardship to your child.
- Medical Hardships: We work with families of children who have cancer, epilepsy, chronic illnesses, physical handicaps or other serious medical conditions.
- Disability-Related Hardships: Including autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other developmental disabilities.
- SIJ (Special Immigrant Juvenile) for Vulnerable Children: If your child is under 21, unmarried, and cannot live with one or both parents due to abuse, neglect, or abandonment — especially if they also have developmental, emotional, or behavioral issues — they may qualify for a green card through SIJ status.
- Educational Challenges: Children with severe IEPs, learning disabilities, or who rely on special education services.
- Green Cards & Work Permits: Based on the hardship faced by your child with a disability.
