A recognized expert in the field of Immigration & Nationality Law, Mr. Jadeja specializes in criminal deportation/removal defense, Asylum, Temporary Protected Status, (TPS) & NACARA/HRIFA. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Mr. Jadeja is fluent in Spanish, Gujarati and Hindi.
Ms. Cimone initially practiced real estate law and civil litigation for the Long Island firm of Craco & Ellsworth, LLP. She joined JN-Global Law Group in 2009 and co-founded Jadeja & Cimone, LLP in the same year. She is admitted to the New York State Bar, New Jersey State Bar & the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
While Ms. Cimone’s practice reaches all areas of Immigration & Nationality Law, she specializes in U/T Visas, VAWA Petitions, Naturalization, and Family-Based Immigration before U.S.C.I.S. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the New York County Law Association (NYCLA).
Ms. Cimone is fluent in French.
